Inditex, the company that owns fashion brands like ‘Zara’ and ‘Pull&Bear’, and Every Mother Counts signed an annual grant that will enable the provision of maternal health services to more than 1,500 women in several parts of the world.
Every Mother Counts (EMC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother co-founded by Christy Turlington Burns and Erin Thornton.
With this grant, EMC will be able to expand their portfolio of grants and global solutions to bring essential maternal healthcare to mothers-in-need in the United States and around the world.
In addition, the Inditex grant will support EMC’s campaign to raise awareness and mobilize individuals to take actions that impact the health and well-being of women at risk around the world, as well as their families.
